đŸ’ȘThe Hidden Secret to Success That No One Pays Attention To

If the secret formula to success was 10 years of unwavering commitment and dedication, people would be much more willing to follow it. Yet since there’s no set time-line or guarantee, most get stuck, quit, blame others, their environment and family for their faults.

What stops people isn’t their IQ, experience or expertise in a given area, it’s having a lack of patience. Now don’t get me wrong, having patience isn’t always great especially when you deserve things.

To be the best in the field, waiting for the perfect moment won’t get you anywhere but knowing that the hardest part is starting and understanding that you have nothing to loose besides regret itself will help you pave your path faster.

Quitting due to a lack of effort is unacceptable because effort requires no skill.

You don’t need to be special or have extraordinary talents to make it. You just need the right mindset built in effort.

To build real wealth, it all starts with time in the market, not timing the market. No matter how little money you have as a 10 year old, you still have the biggest advantage over a 60 year old simply due to your age.

Compounding is the eighth wonder of the world according to Einstein, not just because Einstein said it works but because it earns interest on top of principle interest to get you the ultimate returns.

But if we all learned financial literacy in school, we would know about compound interest better. We can blame the education system for that.

The Secret Sauce

There’s no secret formula besides exhibiting the 3Ps: Persistence, Patience and Positivity. There’s nothing more powerful than blocking out the noise, continuing despite hate/criticism/negativity/economic circumstances/poor grades/ etc. and just to keep going. Plus, it’s usually free.

You dont’ get anywhere consuming. We are a culture full of consumerism. After all, the CPI index (the level of price change in goods consumers purchase) has the biggest affect/indicator on GDP (amount of goods sold and produced in the US) to indicate how healthy the economy is.

Although it is a helpful indicator of economic growth, no one got rich or wealthy from binging MasterClasses, taking $6k leadership classes or workshops at Princeton.

They wet straight to work because everything is figureoutable. After all, the best experience is doing it yourself, especially in the market.

Risk whatever you’re willing to loose.

That’s why self-help sells too well.

The profit motive is to curate the perception of making change while you aren’t making any change.

Consume less produce more. With over 1 billion hours of YouTube hours watched PER DAY, sure those folks may be learning which can help propel their future down the line, but at the moment, they aren’t doing anything while thinking they are getting ahead.

A degree doesn’t certify as much as it used to and binge reading self-help books doesn’t get you anywhere.

We become trapped since we are addicted to dopamine machines.

Let’s go over some criteria that can guarantee anyone can become successful and get what they want:

-You don’t have to be special

-You don’t need a special talent

-You don’t have to go to a top school

-You don’t have to be or look popular

-You don’t have to know everything

-You don’t have to know the language

-You don’t have to always have connections, although it helps

Seems like anyone can become successful huh?

Kinda. There are millions of regular folks just like you and me who’ve made millions from the market to their own business just by working harder than everyone else.

Through dedication and commitment you will eventually MAKE luck.

You cannot time it because it comes at the most unexpected times. Everyone is born the same.

Talent doesn’t come out of the womb unless you are a mind reader or a psychic Medium and in that case, you still needed practice to perfect your skill.

Someone will eventually notice you after trying over and over until you feel like dying but someone is out there to secretly save you.

Success is truly a numbers game just like recruiting. The more firms you reach out to, the likelier to get noticed. You can’t let rejection, hurdles, pitfalls, embarrassment get in your way.

You are better than that.

To live like no one else later you must do what no one is willing to do now.

So how do I do that without breaking the bank and keeping my family + full-time job afloat?

Firstly there are 2–3 days out of a 7 day week that are usually wasted along with most weeknights. Most people chillax, bing Netlflix or waste money on a restaurant during those days off. By no means should you work till you die and suffer through workaholism and burnout. I don’t believe in the Musk philosophy even though it seems to have worked out for him but if you want to be somewhere different, you must do something different.

I’m always fascinated by how people waste some much time yet ask for more and have no idea where it went! There are precious moments in your day where you DO still have the energy that ARE wasted. If you are totally drained and need a breather, take one because working smart is better than working hard. But if you know you have energy and can put in a little extra effort when everyone else is chilling, that’s where the extra results come in.

When you stick to something long-term, people know you are committed and they naturally want to hang around with you. They eventually trust you then. People will start clinging to your story and adopt your unique drive simply for working a little more! That’s your secret sauce you don’t have to tell anyone about.

In this short attention span instant gratification world, everyone wants to chase the next big thing, open a TikTok account, get on Clubhouse without any focus on what THEY want to do instead on what OTHERS do.

To beat out the competition, it requires a unique but at the same time balanced and realistic amount of traits. This list isn’t exhaustive but from my experience, they include these:

-Thick-skin

-Reduce social media

-Surrounding yourself with smarter people

-Being grateful for what you already have

-Chasing people, impact and value not looks, deceptive titles, positions and depreciating goods

-Knowing optimism makes life easier

-Never comparing yourself

-Understanding patience is a virtue, rich quick doesn’t and shouldn’t exist

-Give without asking for anything in return

-Get used to it, people will hate you

-The more you reach for, the harder it will be and more people will be jealous of you

-You have to enjoy the journey never treat money as the sole goal

-Don’t take yourself so seriously

The easiest way to grow wealth is by knowing your WHY. You won’t get far if money is at the forefront, you are stubborn, have a bad/nasty/competitive attitude and don’t get along with people.

You can only go so far until you need to ask for help and that’s a strength. Many people will delay their progress so they can do it alone.

There’s no I in team and people are here for a reason.

Be in it for the long run. Let’s see how far you’ll go.
